Moist gingerbread sponge, smothered with sticky treacle sauce and topped with chunks of candied ginger.
Ginger has traditionally been used to warm up our taste buds during those chilly winter months, but why limit yourself? We've combined ginger, oats and dates to give our sponge a gooey dense texture, with a warm spicy taste. Then we've smothered the gingerbread in a rich treacly sauce, a pudding sure to please ginger lovers everywhere.
Keep refrigerated.

Heating Instructions
All ovens vary so please adjust accordingly. For best results heat in the oven.
OVEN HEATING
- 180°C/350°F/Fan 160°C/Gas Mark 4
- Remove sleeve and lid
- Place tray on baking sheet onto the middle shelf of your oven
- Heat for 18 minutes
- Allow to stand for 1 minute
MICROWAVE HEATING
- Full power (850W Cat E) for 2 mins 30 secs
- Remove sleeve and lid then transfer pudding from foil container into a microwaveable dish
- Allow to stand for 1 minute
Always ensure pudding is piping hot before serving. Do not reheat once cooled.
